“In the third quarter of the current year the company was able to increase liquids production on the quarter and partially compensate for April–June 2019 production decline as a result of the restriction of oil intake into Transneft system of trunk pipelines. We restored crude oil refining throughput and strengthened our positions in the traditional markets,” CEO Igor Sechin said, as cited in the statement.
